Creating a cozy garden in the very center of Moscow. The Luce Residential Complex by DEREVO PARK. Together with MR Group, we delivered a conceptual landscaping project for a premium-class residential courtyard in the heart of Moscow's historic center.

КОНЦЕПЦИЯ

The collaboration of two companies, combining professionalism, creativity and experience, resulted in a unique project — the private courtyard of the Luce family residence, located in the protected zone of the Kremlin and UNESCO, in harmony with the architectural masterpieces of Znamenka and Arbat.
Among LUCE’s neighbors are all of Moscow’s key landmarks, from the Kremlin and the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour to Arseny Morozov’s “Moorish” mansion on Vozdvizhenka and Zaryadye Park, which has already won worldwide renown.

This premium complex offers not only beautiful, modern apartments but also a green zone that creates an atmosphere of coziness and comfort. Luce is not just housing — it is a way of life, where you can enjoy pleasant birdsong, stroll along picturesque alleys or simply relax on a bench in the shade of the trees. Thanks to this project, the residents of Luce will feel not only comfortable but also healthy and happy, owing to the beautiful green zone created by DEREVO PARK. The club residence in Krestovozdvizhensky Lane in Moscow is a true architectural work in which the most diverse architectural elements come together in a remarkable compositional balance. The creative execution by the DEREVO PARK architects gave this masterpiece its unique cut.

The landscaping solutions were designed so that every resident can find a spot to suit their mood and taste. A children’s playground with areas for different ages and secluded lounge spaces for relaxing outdoors — all of this was accounted for in the design.

The particular design challenge was that the main part of the landscaping sits on the roof of the parking garage, where a unique solution was implemented. In creating this public space, we managed to evoke the feeling of a private corner of nature in the very heart of Moscow, within walking distance of the Kremlin.
