THE SITE
— The site lies between Timiryazevskaya Street and Dubki Street, next to Timiryazevsky Park and Dubki Park.
— Paving in stripes of different shades of grey links the four new buildings.
— The playground and the sports area sit in a green belt along the site boundary.

GIPPIUS COURTYARD
— In the courtyard of the Gippius building: a shallow pool with large stones.
— Along the edges: loose fill and long benches with slatted seats.
— On the paved area: red armchairs and tables, accent birches in large planters.

PLAYGROUND
— A white tower of curved tubes with a mirrored spiral slide.
— Tunnels and a second slide in gentle mounds; a sandpit and a nest swing nearby.
— Beyond the planting: a green slope with a wide staircase and benches with small tables on its ledges.


SPORTS GROUND
— Separated from the playground by a strip of greenery.
— Pull-up bars, rings, ladders and punch bags on one frame; cylinder poufs nearby.
— White benches along the edge, flowering shrubs along a low fence.

THE ALLÉE
— A walkway along a building of greenish clinker brick.
— Low lights along the path, dense planting on both sides.
— Sculptural seats, round canopies and pink posts like those by the Gippius building.
