The central idea behind the concept of DEREVO PARK’s new project, “Luxury of Unity”, was to create the image of a secret street that fills you with energy and inspiration and evokes the ancient civilization of Atlantis.
The main carriers of this idea are large natural stone bowls filled with plants and styled after antique amphorae.
The bowls are arranged in a free order and differ in size and angle of inclination, creating an effect of naturalness.
The planting in the bowls is chosen so that the composition keeps its visual appeal in any season, including winter.

The central zone includes walking paths free of any furniture, which ensures:
— easy orientation around the grounds;
— full visibility across the space.
The walking routes are adorned with compositions of shrubs and flowering perennials that create dynamic all-season pictures.
The key feature is the water element – its mirror-like surface soothes and invites guests to contemplation and relaxed rest. It is surrounded by terraces shaped as brass bowls, their aesthetics harmoniously accentuated by plants, creating a unique island atmosphere at the heart of the complex.
Conveying the concept of the Atlantic legend, we submerged the inner courtyard under water, making it resemble a lost continent. The pebbles lying on the bottom let nature into the site and help one relax.
Around the island are places to rest where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a light snack, immersed in an atmosphere of harmony and serenity.
