Reflection of Depth

We proposed creating a pond that occupies almost the entire area. Stone slabs and a small bridge span the water surface — you can walk across them; water cascades from the edges into the basin. This crossing leads to the terraces and the main zone of the garden. The garden includes a covered area with a grill and a table, hidden inside an artificial hill. The hill’s retaining walls will let the greenery come right up to the open architecture of the pavilion, creating a sense of complete unity with nature.

Central area

Entrance area
Arranged with a circular turnaround and framed by crisply clipped hedges. All technical and utility plantings are concealed behind them.

Formal area and garden entrance
Entering the site from the facade, a path to the Japanese garden opens on the left. The paths here have a natural, organic form and are framed by ornamental plantings, including Japanese cherry (sakura). This route leads to the pavilion.

Way to the house
On the other side of the garden, the path leads to the main house through an open-air summer kitchen. In front of it opens a view of the large open lawn (meadow) of the Japanese garden.

Perimeter and forest style
On the left, along the perimeter of the site, a forest zone of conifers and mountain pines was created to screen the property from the neighbors. It not only ensures privacy but also makes it possible to raise the ground level, adding variety to the site’s terrain

Sports and utility area
On the right side of the site (seen from the facade), a sports ground and a small decorative kitchen garden are planned. Next to them is a cozy spot for relaxation.

Orchard and a quiet corner
Walking along the terraces down the main axis, a stepping-stone path across the lawn leads to the orchard. The far side of the site is its narrowest. Here, screened from the neighbors by a hedge, will be a secluded study area with access to the garden for quiet rest.
