Warm Monochrome

Despite the compact size of the plot, we managed to design several functional zones.

The centerpiece of the landscape is a pond with a cascading spillway, a mist effect and dynamic fountains. This element not only brought movement to the space but also created a soothing acoustic backdrop, turning the garden into a place for relaxation and meditation.

The project includes a fire pit area, a decorative kitchen garden and a gazebo, harmoniously built into the architectural axis of the house. Orthogonal lines organize the space, separating the lawn from the woodland, yet thanks to the native vegetation — bilberry and lingonberry patches — the transitions feel natural and organic, creating a sense of effortless naturalness.

Almost the entire plot is planted with perennials and ground covers, creating the effect of complete immersion in nature. The lawn occupies only small areas, underscoring the natural, organic character of the space. This solution not only brings the garden visually closer to nature but also makes it less demanding to care for, while keeping it easy to maintain a well-groomed, natural look.
