The property is set in a picturesque corner of the Leningrad Region, with a residence of classical architecture on the plot.

We styled the grounds after northern gardens, using plants resilient to this climate for the greening.

We preserved the formal zones in the entrance part of the plot, as well as the wooded areas, keeping the natural forest intact.

Greening

The landscape is executed in monochrome tones, softened by perennial grasses that beautifully change color and texture throughout the season.

At the heart of the garden lies an emerald parterre lawn surrounded by forest. Part of the woodland was already on the site, while part had to be restored. We also included a holiday tree in the landscape ─ a fir that is spectacularly lit during the winter holidays and creates a one-of-a-kind Christmas atmosphere for the owners of the estate. Tiered plantings lend the plot a special coziness, making it intimate and screened from the neighbors.
